Eden Terms of Use

1. Who May Use Eden

Eden is offered to users aged 13 and above, located anywhere in the world. By using Eden, you affirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old or have a guardian consent.
• Will use Eden for lawful, ministry-aligned, and respectful purposes.
• Will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not meet these criteria, you must not use the platform

2. Christian Code of Conduct

Eden is a platform for Christian outreach, giving, fellowship, and digital ministry. By joining Eden, you agree to:

• Interact with others in a respectful, godly, and non-abusive manner.
• Avoid posting content that is defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, or contrary to Christian values.
• Respect spiritual leaders, ministries, and fellow believers within the app.

3. Your Account & Security

When creating an account:

• Provide accurate, complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately if your account is breached.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or security protocols.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Giving

Eden offers both free and premium experiences:

• Payment fees for tithes, offerings, seeds, and events may be required.
• By submitting payment information, you authorize Eden to charge recurring or one-time fees as applicable.
• You may update or cancel your payment method in your profile settings.

All payment processing is governed by Eden’s Privacy Policy and applicable financial regulations.

5. User Contributions

You may post messages, content, and media through Eden’s interactive features. You agree:

• You own or have rights to all content you share.
• You grant Eden a license to use, display, and moderate your contributions.
• You will not post content that is harmful, misleading, unlawful, or spiritually inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these standards.

You may:

• Download one copy of the app or site materials for personal use.
• Share content through official social sharing tools.

8. Platform Availability and Updates

Eden is continuously evolving. We may:

• Conduct maintenance that affects access
• Update our Terms with or without notice
